The evening before delivery, you will receive tracking information with a time window for the delivery. ✅ Limescale Removal: Use a soft cloth with a citric acid based cleaner. Rinse and dry immediately.

✅ Preserve the Shine: Apply a thin layer of wax (car wax or furniture wax) occasionally to protect the finish and slow natural patina.

❗ Harsh Chemicals: Don't use bleach, ammonia, chlorine, or aggressive descalers. They damage the brass surface.

❗ Abrasive Materials: Avoid scouring pads, steel wool, and abrasive cleaners. They scratch the golden finish.

❗ Prolonged Moisture: Don't let water pool around the base of the tap. Standing moisture accelerates tarnishing.

❗ Acidic Substances: Don't let vinegar, lemon juice, or acidic cleaners sit on the surface. Apply, wipe, rinse quickly.
