The Aquanello Eterna trim set for the ET1500-62 PVD copper in-wall mixer faucet serves as the visible control element of a Aquanello Eterna in-wall faucet. Thanks to its compact, round design, only the necessary control components remain visible, while the technical faucet parts are concealed behind the wall.
The visible metal parts are made of stainless steel as the base material and feature a high-quality copper-colored PVD finish. This combines the solid stainless steel construction with a warm, distinctive copper hue and a strong, wear-resistant, and durable surface finish.
The ET1500 trim can be used in various Aquanello Eterna built-in configurations. Depending on the corresponding technical built-in component, this control can, for example, form part of a built-in lavatory mixer or a built-in shower mixer.
Universal trim piece within the Eterna built-in system
The ET1500-62 is designed as a visible control element for a compatible Aquanello Eterna concealed mixer faucet.
The final application is determined by the technical installation component with which the trim is combined. As a result, the ET1500-62 is not limited to a single specific plumbing application.
Possible applications within a compatible Eterna configuration include:
- Concealed lavatory mixer
- Concealed shower mixer
- Other compatible Eterna in-wall configurations
Operation of a concealed mixer faucet
The connected mixer is operated using the slim lever. The technical mixing mechanism is located behind the wall in the corresponding in-wall assembly.
As a result, only a compact control lever with a round rosette remains visible on the front, creating a clean and minimalist wall finish.
Round rosette, approximately Ø60 mm
The trim piece features a round cover rosette with a diameter of approximately Ø60 mm.
The rosette provides a neat finish around the wall opening and, in terms of design, complements the round and cylindrical lines of the Aquanello Eterna series.
According to the technical dimensions, the total projection from the wall is approximately 64 mm.
Stainless steel base with copper-colored PVD finish
The visible metal parts are made of stainless steel as the base material. A high-quality copper-colored PVD coating is then applied to this base.
This combines the strength and durability of stainless steel with the warm, luxurious appearance of copper.
Durable PVD technology
The copper-colored finish is applied using PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) technology. In this process, a very thin yet hard decorative layer is applied to the stainless steel surface.
PVD is known for its excellent wear resistance, strong adhesion, and color stability under normal use. This makes this surface treatment particularly suitable for bathroom products used daily.
The copper-colored PVD layer adheres strongly to the underlying stainless steel and forms a durable surface finish that withstands daily use better than many conventional decorative coatings.
Advantages of PVD
- Good wear resistance: suitable for daily bathroom use
- Strong adhesion: the PVD coating adheres firmly to the stainless steel surface
- Color stability: designed to maintain the copper-colored appearance over the long term
- Durable surface finish: highly resistant to normal daily use
- Luxurious appearance: warm and distinctive copper color
- Stainless steel base material: strong and durable foundation
To preserve the PVD finish, we recommend cleaning the visible parts with a soft cloth and a mild detergent. Avoid abrasive sponges and harsh, highly acidic, or alkaline cleaning products.
Technology Behind the Wall
A key advantage of a concealed faucet is that the technical components are installed behind the wall.
As a result, only the controls and the compact cover plate remain visible. This creates a clean, uncluttered wall appearance and makes it possible to achieve a minimalist sink or shower setup.
Finishing Piece – Concealed Unit Sold Separately
The ET1500-62 refers to the visible trim piece. The technical in-wall unit is not included with this item and must be selected to suit the desired application.
Please note: The trim piece cannot function on its own. A compatible Aquanello Eterna flush-mount component is required for installation and operation.
Minimalist Eterna design
The ET1500-62 follows the distinctive design style of the Aquanello Eterna series, featuring rounded shapes, sleek controls, and a compact wall-mounted finish.
The copper-colored PVD finish gives the trim a warm, high-quality look and pairs beautifully with materials such as travertine, marble, natural stone, concrete-look finishes, and wood.
