The Aquanello Eterna cold-water fountain faucet in PVD gold (ET4001-60) is a compact and stylish faucet for a toilet fountain or small sink. The faucet combines the minimalist design of the Eterna series with a warm, high-quality gold-colored finish.
The visible metal parts are made of stainless steel as the base material and feature a high-quality gold-colored PVD finish. This combines the solid stainless steel construction with a luxurious gold color and a strong, wear-resistant, and durable surface finish.
The ET4001-60 is specifically designed as a cold-water faucet and connects to a single cold-water line. The faucet therefore does not mix hot and cold water.
Cold-water faucet for toilets and sinks
The Aquanello Eterna ET4001-60 is ideal for restroom areas where only cold water is needed.
The faucet is suitable for, among other things:
- Toilet sinks
- Guest bathrooms
- Small sinks
- Restrooms with cold-water-only connections
The slim control at the top allows you to easily turn the water on, off, and adjust the flow.
Compact height of approximately 179 mm
The ET4001-60 has a total height of approximately 179 mm. This keeps the faucet compact and makes it particularly suitable for smaller sinks and washbasins.
The spout is positioned approximately 88 mm above the mounting surface, leaving ample space for comfortable use.
Fixed spout of approximately 118 mm
The sink faucet has a fixed spout with a length of approximately 118 mm. This directs the water stream toward the sink or washbasin.
The tip of the spout is angled downward at approximately 27°. This helps direct the water stream in a controlled manner toward the basin.
Fixed, non-swivel spout
The spout of the ET4001-60 does not swivel. This keeps the faucet construction compact and stable and preserves its sleek, minimalist design.
During installation, the faucet can be positioned directly in the correct orientation relative to the sink or washbasin.
Stainless steel base with gold-colored PVD finish
The visible metal parts are made of stainless steel as the base material. A gold-colored PVD coating is then applied to this base.
This combines the strength and durability of stainless steel with the warm appearance of gold.
Durable PVD technology
The gold-colored finish is applied using PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) technology. In this process, a very thin yet hard decorative layer is applied to the stainless steel surface.
PVD is known for its excellent wear resistance, strong adhesion, and color stability under normal use. This makes this surface treatment particularly suitable for faucets that are used daily.
The gold-colored PVD layer adheres strongly to the underlying stainless steel and forms a durable surface finish that withstands daily use better than many conventional decorative coatings.
Advantages of PVD
- Good wear resistance: suitable for daily use
- Strong adhesion: the PVD coating adheres firmly to the stainless steel surface
- Color stability: designed to maintain the gold-colored appearance over the long term
- Durable surface finish: highly resistant to normal daily use
- Luxurious appearance: warm, high-quality gold color
- Stainless steel base material: strong and durable foundation
To preserve the PVD finish, we recommend cleaning the faucet with a soft cloth and a mild detergent. Avoid abrasive sponges and harsh, highly acidic, or alkaline cleaning products.
1-hole sink or countertop mounting
The ET4001-60 is designed for 1-hole installation on a pedestal sink, countertop sink, or compatible countertop.
The mounting diameter is approximately Ø35 mm. This allows the faucet to be installed in a pre-drilled faucet hole.
The round faucet base ensures a clean transition between the faucet and the mounting surface.
Compact single-lever control
The water flow is controlled by a slim, cylindrical lever on the top of the faucet.
The control lever is approximately 35 mm long and has a diameter of approximately Ø8 mm. This ensures that the control remains subtly integrated into the minimalist design.
No waste system
The ET4001-60 does not feature an integrated control for the sink drain. A matching sink plug can be selected separately.
For a fully coordinated gold-colored sink setup, the faucet can, for example, be combined with the Aquanello Eterna ET1600-60 lockable pop-up sink stopper in PVD gold.
Minimalist Eterna design
The Aquanello Eterna series is characterized by sleek cylindrical shapes, rounded lines, and minimalist details. The ET4001-60 follows this design style with a compact faucet body, an elegantly curved spout, and a slender handle.
The gold-colored PVD finish gives the faucet a warm and luxurious look and pairs beautifully with materials such as:
- Travertine
- Marble
- Natural stone
- Concrete-look
- Wood and wood-look
- Light Ceramic
